Team Goals

  1. Provide an environment that fosters growth in each player. This includes growth in their faith, athletic skill, and citizenship.
  2. Increase the technical skill level of players and grow their knowledge of the rules of softball and game strategy.
  3. Demonstrate the love of Jesus Christ in our team play and competition.

We are committed to providing the best possible environment for our softball players to reach their maximum playing potential through excellence in coaching. Our players will be challenged to excel not only for their own growth but also for the betterment of their team and the organization.

COACHING OPPORTUNITIES

We encourage parents to take involvement in their child’s sports journey seriously by attending practice sessions and games as much as possible and working with their athletes outside of practices and games on coaching instruction they receive. Parents may be recruited for official coaching positions on the team after teams are finalized for each season.
